The problem with your argument is in the very root of it. You’re comparing Fury to Wilder and claiming he’ll end up more successful. Such comparison is pretty shallow in itself, given that they’re light years apart in skill. That said, Fury is nowhere near becoming undisputed/unified champ just like Wilder. Chances of that happening for any of them are really slim, I’m talking UK actually leaving EU anytime soon slim.
    So what’s the point?

Wilder said he was the main champion, and Klitschko had to come to America to fight him. Saying he will only fight him in the states is making up excuses and a clear duck of a fight.
Wilder went on to fight a bunch of guys outside the top twenty after. Molina etc. He showed no willingness to fight any real opponents let alone Klitschko.

The measuring stick for the Euro nut huggers is the Ghost of glass chinned WK they fought........a fighter that stunk the joint out so bad that Las vegas/US networks refused to show case his fights because his fighting style was the cure for insomnia.

Wilder most likely will side step Ortiz and fight the Winner of Ruiz/Bodybuilder.........if Ruiz shows up in the same mental state he was in the first he is stopping AJ again.....................Hayman will have Wilder/Ruiz unify which Wilder will win ..........the sky is the limit then, give Ortiz some retirement money for a easy first title defense and afterwards decapitate the Bodybuilder in Vegas for another Mercy payday.

Fury most likely will never ever face Wilder again but him and Arum will try to fracture the belt and that is the only way he will be picking up a belt against another "undefeated" Longshoreman bum.......

Wilder needs to have some big fights, his resume is lacking really badly.

Fury was his only really big fight and he lost. We all saw it.

I honestly think he’d struggle against Joshua, Whyte and Ruiz as well

current scenario of the heavyweight division:

winner of ruiz vs. joshua 2:

    - has to fight usyk if he wins his fight against spong for the wbo belt, if winner refuses they get stripped of belt.

    - winner has to also fight pulev for the ibf before may 2020

    reality:

ruiz wins? he gets stripped of the wbo and ibf belts because he will want to fight wilder for the wbc and wba belts in a ppv. usyk fights tba for vacant wbo title and pulev fights fba for vacant ibf title.

joshua wins? fights usyk for the wba/wbo/wba belts and gets stripped of the ibf title because he won't have enough time to fight pulev.

and if ruiz and joshua fight to a draw then ruiz fights wilder and gets stripped of the wbo and ibf belts and joshua fights usyk for the vacant wbo belt.

so realistically there will be 3 heavyweight champions by june 2020. if pulev wins then arum will most likely hold the belt hostage on espn and have him fight fury if fury doesn't fight wilder within a good time frame, and usyk/joshua will keep the belts hostage on dazn and wilder/ruiz will stay away on showtime/fox.

All Wilder has is big power. Fury did well last time, but to beat Wilder I think you have walk him down, get close and unload combos. It's going to be a **** or bust fighter that beats him. Of course they could get caught trying, but I think it's the way. I'd give Ruiz a good chance.

Why is it Wilder never faces a bigger names in boxing first??? It's always other boxers who fight Danger fights like AJ.
Undisputed Wilder won't be,he does not take risks in boxing the zero means more to him.
Ask yourself why has Wilder not face any of the guy's I've listed.
    Ruiz
    Whyte
    Povetkin
    Parker
    Chisora
    Pulev
    Miller
    Usyk

Wilder will slaughter AJ if he makes it past the rematch with Andy.

Wilder will struggle with Andy more than he would with AJ.

    Who knows what happens next:nusenuse:

I think Ruiz and Whyte are the most danger to Wilder out of those.. Fighters that will have a fight. To avoid Wilder for 12 is a tough ask.

Wilder is not a great boxer but has a decent chin and amazing power. Any decent boxer that can last 12 rounds has a good shot at beating wilder. The problem is, it's hard to not get knocked out against wilder.
