yea he did and i don't take aythink away from col infact i'm one of his fans i even got his autograph, but his jabs that he used also hit alexs gloves and missed most of the time, thats the first time i've seen col boxed like that in years his fitness and experience played a big part and also alex who fought better than the kirby/briggs fight.

Alex has a heart of a Lion and after watching the fight over & over and seeing the potenial that alex has, he can stand toe to toe with any heavyweight in the world and thats a fact but he'll learn as he continues on.

Who is financing the trip to Balcatta, Perth. Alex has a few brothers, not to forget his trainers also so it may be an expensive invite Kegsy...

yep trained 3half wks straight & shed a few kilo to be at 113kg, only if he'd prepared like this against big bob i think it would of been a different out come last year for the ausie title.

hope so & spoken to alex today he just ask me to let anyone or everyone who supported him to apologise for letting you guys, sponsors & his family down on friday night & made a vowel that this will NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
This loss just made me more hungry and even more determind for my next fight.

it was good to see him over it and back in training today.

Seriously though. The bloke has nothing to apologise for. He's a warrior and it'll be a great learning experience for him.

Col is the most frustrating fighter to know, got all the ability just hates doing the hard yards. If you saw him train you'd honestly shake your head but somehow he manages to get in there & go 12 rds. A lot of what if's surround Col & his career. I agree with Leati Col would have beaten Bob if he trained properly but thats just something he never does.
