This is nonsense. Vargas would lose to Van Heerdan, nevermind Peterson, Mikey, and Brook (duh). He'd beat Algieri but so what?

2019 Thurman would lose to Brook and be taken to the wire by Mikey and maybe even Peterson and Van Heerden.

Vargas was so-so then people suggested he was juiced to the gills. Brook has been looking terrible lately. I agree even 70% Brook UD Vargas.
Vargas beats the dog **** out of Van Heerdan though

I think you should watch some Van Heerdan fights. He's probably better than Vargas but is Sputh African instead of Mexican. Vargas drew with end-stage Broner; he's not good.

I haven't watched any recent Brook fights. He looked fine to me against GGG and Spence, but was fighting elite guys for the first two times. That was 2016-2017 already.

It should be a lot more clear how good Spence is after the Porter fight. Porter is in his prime probably better than current Thurman (at worst equal).

Fair enough I've only seen Van Heerdan twice. Vargas-Heat would probably be a close scrape. I agree, I'm actually really excited for Porter-Spence. It will prove if Spence is a big of a puncher as advertised. Many are saying Porter is made for Spence. I beg to differ, I think experience will be a huge factor. Porter is a brick house
I agree Thurman appears to have faded. Porter didn't look the best vs Ugas but Ugas is underrated

I don't think Jesse Vargas would have beaten Brook, Peterson, or Garcia.

It will be a hell of a fight. If you're free you should totally go imo! I have no idea who is on the undercard though.

I smell upset for some reason, maybe it will be a rough & tumble decision fight. I'm hoping Spence won't dent Porter so Adrien Broner can soak in this accolade

Peterson was Shot by the time Spence got him imo.
I agree what you're saying though. I revoke the statement. Tim Bradley already whooped prime Peterson & would beat everyone on Spence's resume imo.

He was fairly inactive, but not shot. He beat David Avanesyab a year earlier. He was competitive against Lipinets recently but faded late and got caught.
