How would this match up have turned out between 2 top notch fighters with great athleticism? By the time Mark Johnson iced Arthur Johnson in only one round (the same Arthur Johnson that troubled Tapia) he was calling out Tapia but the fight never materialized.

Too Sharp would have outclassed Tapia.

    Bump.
Still think this was the best fight that could have been made in the lower weight division but never happened. Really would have loved to see how this would have gone down since both fighters were so fast and aggressive.

It would of been an amazing fight i watched some Mark Johnson fights earlier this year, for such a skillful boxer for me he's probably one of the entertaining skillful boxers i've ever seen and his body work is underrated aswell. I've heard Tapia avoided Johnson although i don't know if i believe that, but i think if they would of actually fought my money would be on Johnson at his best.

Too Sharp is one of my favorite fighters to watch, very skilled operator but also an entertaining fighter as well. Not sure if Tapia had any intentions of avoiding a fight with Johnson, I know Johnson was calling out Ricardo Lopez and Michael Carbajal as well. I only wish Johnson had the chance to fight any of them, they would have all produced a fun scrap.

Love Tapia but Johnson would have had hid number. To be honest Johnson was ducked for a time by the big names.
