    What food will Canelo eat to bulk up from 160 to 175? It's a big jump

    He probably has to be on a diet of lettuce and water, as he has to lose weight to make 175.

    It will be much easier for him to make 175 as 160 of course, as with that he really had to drain himself.

    edit: or, like @NaiKoN mentioned, "train in Mexico and eat cow"

    Not eating beef this time, but elephant steaks. It's the only way he can get rid of the elephant in the room which is gaining 15llbs of muscle in a matter of months at the same time he withdrew from the VADA 365 programme....

    Fish too. Coz all that seems pretty fishy to me...
