The Merseyside fighters are always keen to jump on these cards so this should be brilliant. Can’t wait.

 

I will be rooting for John Ryder in this one. He has improved so much in the past few years and has such a fan friendly style.

I hope he stops Callum, and I think he is capable of doing it.

This is going to be a great fight and there will be a lot of people sleeping on John in this one.

 

I like the fight. Ryder will be a very live underdog who should not be written off. Ryder has great momentum and is hungry. Would love to see him pull off the upset.

 

Good fight for callum,size difference will see him through comfortably.

Well I'm also pleased Ryder is getting his shot, and presumably a decent payday but I am writing him off, he is getting stopped.

 

I hate size bullys. It would be great if the "normal" sized guy won this. Praying for a Ryder win. Come on John, drill the plank!

Really looking forward to this fight, like both guys. Both very good up close, but that could be issue as far as a spectacle is concerned, as I expect Smith to box at range in this one. In many ways it's a shame Ryder v Eubank never happened as that would have gelled and I think Ryder would have won that.

 

I agree, Eubank vs Ryder would have been a much better fight. Surprised there is so much interest in Smith vs Ryder on here tbh. Routine win for Smith IMO.
