Unbelievably it has to be Pacquiao imo. Crawford isn't proven enough in the division although he might well have the ability to beat everyone in it. But Thurman, Spence and Porter were all of the same level. Two of those have just fought in a very close fight, the third was taken to school by Pacman. That said Spence has victories over Brook, Peterson, Garcia and Porter so I've no issues with people picking him.

I have Crawford beating Pacquiao, but I can understand why people are saying Pacquiao. His record cannot be denied, so I'll give him the gold medal ahead of Crawford. And he fares well against any of the welterweights you could put him in against, win or lose. 1. Pacquiao 2. Crawford 3. Spence 4. Porter 5. Garcia And this top 5 is soon to be shaken up by the new Kazakh Thunder...Daniyar Yeleussinov. He will rightfully take his place on the welterweight throne sooner rather than later and I can't wait to see him take Spence to school.
Head to head it's probably either Spence or Crawford. Crawford did nothing at the weight yet though. Overall at this moment, it's pretty sad to say but I have to agree with the Paquiaold sentiments here.
Pacquiao isn't scared of anybody. He's fought everybody there is to fight, you can't possibly say he's running away from Spence. He has nothing to lose at this point.
