He knows they'd knock his head off that's why. I think Price knows his level is British now and you can't blame him for wanting winnable fights. He knows what it's like to be a lamb to the slaughter.

I can't blame him. There's no reason for him to take such fights in which he probably gets sparked again. Just like the Povetkin fight in which everyone knew that was about to happen. And don't forget, Allen was supposed to spark him too.
No offence but if you dont fancy your chances against joyce or a green dubois theres no real point still boxing at price,s age imo. He,d be better off out the game. These two guys are exactly the type he should be aiming for. Is there much interest left watching him beat dave allen types and celebrating likes hes won a world title. Or fighting povetkin/joshua etc. Guys that can and will hurt him. I like dave...always cheer him on. But its time to take dubois or joyce type fights at this stage. Joyce is so open for the right hand its unreal.
He’s open to getting chinned for the right money. We’ve seen Joyce and Dubois level of opponents are clearly cheap. What’s the point in getting KO’d for little money? Have a couple of wins under Hearn and get fed to someone on a PPV undercard For decent dough and retire.
