GGG is a better boxer than Charlo but it doesn't matter. Charlo's size , reach , speed and power would be a problem.

Dervy has the same reach as Manny Pacquaio ffs yet he hit GGG at will . Charlo has SIX inches in reach over Chenko and also has a height advantage over GGG.

Jemallo's whiskers haven't even be tested by a legit banger yet, let alone a savage puncher up at 160

Don't forget that he was absolutely massive for 154 and naturally bigger than everyone he fought down there

    PBC: Punchers Bypass Charlo

    Centeno KO 45%
Trout KO 46% <<< Trout was robbed
J Rock KO 53% <<<< is physically bigger and stronger now
    Bundrage KO 47% <<<42 y/o shot dwarf
Heiland KO 44% << peg-leg cripple whose leg was so badly injured he needed assistance to make it up 3 steps at the weigh in lol
    Campfort KO 46%
Korobov KO 45% << robbed blind despite the fact he left his prime years in the amateurs and hadn't fought anyone with a pulse in 4 years, hadn't stopped anyone in 5 years, and was training to face a tomato can on the undercard in an 8 rounder who was 1-4 in their last 5 fights. GGG beat a much better version of Korobov in the amateurs.
    Adams KO 54%

But at least they found a murderous puncher from the 154 ranks for Jermallo next up

Hogan KO 23% (a 154 pounder no less)

GGG KO 83.33% and he would be by far the hardest hitter and best opponent Jermallo has ever faced, even this way past his best version of him.

What are you basing this on other than him being "H-town."? Charlo hasn't impressed at MW yet so even a fading late 30s Golovkin would be a big favorite.

Charlo is all smoke, look at the only top level guys he fought in Trout and Korobov and he was gifted the W.

Charlo doesn’t even beat this version of GGG and Derevyanchenko would bury him also.

Jacobs aside, Murata would be the best win any of those guys have at 160. Honestly you're like some weird alternative to Farmboxer.

Still not sure if I'll pick Charlo to be honest. I think the struggle with Derevyanchenko is fresh in our mind but Charlo's struggle with Korobov isn't so fresh. As it stands I'd pick Derevyanchenko to beat Charlo. But then triangle theories don't mean ****.

If GGG fights like that against Charlo, I can see a fair case for Charlo to win. I'd probably still lean toward GGG though. That said, that 12 round war he was just in is only going to add more miles to his clock. He's only going to get slower. So let's see it. GGG, Derev, Charlo, Andrade - any mix of these 4 against each other please.

He’d stand a chance against 38yo GGG , that I’d say is 50/50 , but he should wait until GGG is 40 just to be safe. GGG from 4 years ago kills him.
Stiff boy couldn’t even beat inactive old korobov.

It's a pretty even fight at this point. I think the youth from Charlo will help him have a better chance at beating GGG. Although I still say that GGG can beat Charlo I just don't know how washed he is now, especially the way he looked against SD.

The GGG from the Martin Murray or Curtis Stevens fight would probably end Charlo's career. He would probably give him the beating of a lifetime. There is way too much skill advantage for GGG and his chin is iron.

    Now? I don't know. 50/50 fight.

Martin Murray was destroyed lol. Did you see the bodypunch that he hit Murray with. He hit him with a straight right to the middle of the body, Murray paused for about 3 seconds and then went down. Murray said he "tried to ride it out, but it just hurt too much". Who drops people with straight rights to the middle of the stomach? Nobody does. By the way Murray was never the same after that.

He hit Stevens so hard that his eyes came out his skull. From that point on Stevens knew that he would never be a top fighter because GGG showed him what the highest levels are like.
