GGG was blocking most of SD's flurries. GGG out boxed him plus scored a knock down, easy win for gennady. Not bad considering he had the flu and almost had to pull out of the fight. SD's face after the fight looked like he got ran over by a dumptruck. GGG should rest up and take on boo boo early next year, then maybe get a canelo trilogy. Good win for gennady, the show goes on

i gave it to golovkin by 2 rounds excluding the knockdown. Lot of swing rounds and i think some derevychenko combinations were not getting through.

On second viewing (watched it first time on my phone) i had GGG winning. 115-112, 114-113 are fair scores I can’t argue with 114-113 for Chenko either It was a tough competitive fight for sure let’s see it again
no he was obviously mashed from my point of view. maybe that russian Ref was helping saved him, thats my theory. although i readily admit i am big 3g fan so maybe biased a tibit.
There were way too many close rounds for it to be a clear win either way. I don't understand how Boxing fans don't get this. Just because you had a guy winning by three or four rounds does not mean it is always him winning by three or four clear convincing rounds. I had it a draw but can see an argument for a two point swing either way. Very close fight.
