It’s a fun fight with two of the old guard from the domestic heavyweight scene. I initially thought that a good win could position either man for a shot at a world title but mandatory defences are looming large for the Ruiz/Joshua winner. Wilder might fancy the winner if Fury isn’t going to be fit for February? Unless the winner is contracted or obligated to face Parker.

Considering betting the god damn house on Chisora by KO here. Price may have success early on keeping him at range but Chisora is a 12 round veteran. He has way more in his gas tank and with the steroi... sorry I mean Haye in his camp now he is hitting harder than ever. He will destroy Price but it will be fun.

Let’s hope Roadman Pricey turns up to the press conference.

Looking forward to seeing Chisora throwing a table at Price and Price catching it with one hand.

Considering he is friends with the both of them, this just means we are gonna hear a lot more from Tony Bellew in the forthcoming weeks, doesn't it? Taking that out of the equation I'm fine with this fight, have to go with Chisora to win by KO after six rounds.

No complaints about Price as a late replacement. But it will be a short fight I think. Chisora by KTFO.

I never thought this would happen as they’re very matey aren’t they. I think this is the exact type of fight Price should be going for winnable and losable against a name and he’ll be getting paid well. People will notice if he wins too.

I hope Price already in some sort of fighting shape because I’d hate him to be cashing out against someone as **** as Chisora!

I reckon the winner has been told they face Joshua in his 'homecoming'

Absolutely this. I reckon Price has been told that if he wins this fight his NEXT fight will be against Joshua if he beats Ruiz.

Otherwise I can’t see why Price would take this fight. There’s not enough money in this PPV to pay Price the sort of offer he’d need to fight Chisora on a normal non-title basis.

I hammered price the other day for ducking Joyce and dubois so I have to give him credit for stepping up now and fighting Derek. Good on you pricey.
