It wasn't just the short change he was getting in the purse, it was the conditions that Al wants in the contracts. They are ridiculous.

To be fair, we don't know what "that money" was.

Good on Warrington for not taking it, he's had 3 very hard fights in the space of a year and deserves a high reward if he's to go over there and fight a top level World Champion. If the fight happens in May at Elland Road Warrington will outwork Santa Cruz.

With a Dubois vs Joyce fight along with it they would do under 200k buys which isnt great when you have to pay all of those guys. It would sell less than the Loma vs Campbell card no doubt

He's boxed 4 times out of 38 in his home country. It's Warrington that wouldn't travel for this.

He wanted rematches on rematches and a % of future earnings should Josh still be victorious.
Tbh I'm surprised that's all he asked for. Leo is very close to Al, closer than any of the other fighters Al "advises"

Wouldn't surprise me if Frank and Bob already have an understanding about JW vs SS

No need to get screwed against LSC

All his fights are in the US that's what I meant I should have stated it more clearly, He wouldn't come to Belfast after promising Frampton a trilogy

I've seen countless interviews with Warrington and his father and they keep saying that Santa Cruz didn't want the fight. I wonder why they never mentioned that they turned the fight down?

yeah al is godfather to Leo’s son, al really goes out of his way to feed him cans for really good money as well.

crazy russel vs Santa Cruz hasn’t happened yet.

also might not be the worst option for josh to sign with al haymon.
