...interesting, had it not been for Grandelli's hustle down the stretch he might have gotten screwed over at home.

Never said Bellotti was great, just that Grandelli appears on more or less the same level as him. If one's trash so is the other.

I just am mad cause I bet on him. He probably should have lost a wider decision. He really should have won considering the shorter length of the cards.

Oh Reece! He’s a great fighter, did really well in the amateurs but has come up short at the top level

I think he needs to change trainers tbh

Grandelli nearly got screwed in his own hometown..
I am more inline with the Brit’s commentors. I thought Grandelli control most of the action.
The open scoring sucks but it actually helping Grandelli..
I think they had it even or Belloti slight ahead after 8.. which in my opinion is not correct but it prompted Grandelli to go all out in the last 2 rounds..
Good fight and the right man won, though it cost me a lost in the league. I had it Grandelli 6-4 or 7-3.

"Sharoyan", the visiting Armenian-Dutchman, has just a 45% rate of stoppage; "Il Giaguaro" an even lower 27% - and each man has been stopped just once in over thirty bouts apiece. Bank on this going long.

(aka Turchi vs. McCarthy ring walks in about ~48 minutes at soonest)

    Round 1

Khatchikian is pressing in with the jab and then yanking himself backward, fully covered up. Signani taking his bait repeatedly, chomping at the bit whenever Khatchikian begins his in-and-out tease, bowling in overhands and body shots. Pretty even connection rate as each man negates the other in ring center and neither achieves generalship.

    10-9 Khatchikian, very close

    Round 2

Khatchikian is now incorporating some long lead right uppercuts into his arsenal from more than a pace or two out, playing with fire, sometimes successful in planting it on the bottom of Signani's chin but sometimes whiffing and paying the price for it with his gloves down & out of position. Signani grinds his way in, left shoulder curled up like a shield against the Khatchikian jab.

    10-9 Khatchikian, again close

    20-18 Khatchikian

For some reason I decided to watch Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls again rather impulsively at 6am, actually forgot this card was on.:drooling:
