Are we actually comparing Dave Allen to Carlos Takam on this forum

I guess this is why this fight creates sales, people are easily conned into believing never has beens are contenders again.

Allen is absolute garbage so I don't think that's a good barometer at all. He wouldn't beat Sexton. He wouldn't beat Sokolowski either. I agree that Price is British level though, that's kinda my point. Chisora has shown to be above that level plenty of times. He's dropped L's here and there but has had some alright wins to lift himself back up. Price hasn't had those W's.

I think him and Sexton are similar level. But I think Allen is English level, my point is Price totally outclassed him.

And Price has been iced when he's moved up to European level. If someone plods forward in straight lines and throws predictable shots as slowly as Allen does, then Price will absolutely school them every time. Price had trouble with Ali and Sokolowski too though let's remember. His tank looked decent against Allen because he didn't really have to work and wasn't properly pressured. When genuine pressure is applied to Price he panics, works harder and ultimately ends up blowing out of his arse.

So yes I agree, Allen around English level and Price British but I would still say Chisora has beaten fighters that are much more capable than fighters Price has beaten

Chisora will walk through his jab and knock price out.

Price has no gas tank chisora can throw bombs for 12 rounds.

Chisora has always been euro to fringe world level all his career and I think at the moment based on his last few outings he gives any fighter in the world a tough night. He's top 15 for me at the moment.

End of the road for price surely.

War Chisora v War Price. This'll make Hagler v Hearns look boring.

I think War Price is going to shock the world.

If you look at Chisora at Euro level v Kabayel he was outclassed. I think Chisora wins but not a certainty. I just dont buy the Price is British level and Chisora world level. Be an interesting fight but sooner or later Chisora will properly land the overhand right though if Prices jab is on fire, Chisoras might struggle to land it as he has poor footwork.

    Pricey wins by uppercut.
Chisora goes on to fight Joshua because English idiots keep yelling 'War Chisora' and buying tickets. Btw, when Chisora lost the bet with Haye and had to donate a bunch of money to charity, why did he give it to Africa, not homeless English in his 'home town' of London? You British fools still can't work this game out, can you.

Chisora KO in under 6 rounds.

He just needs to fight like he did against Spzilka and he will clean Price out

    Mismatch. Del retires Pricey.

Povetkin/Chisora is a fight I would have liked to have seen, not this.

War chisora is the shot to smithereens version of the man who was schooled twice in his prime by a fat green fury.

Pricey is the guy with zero gas tank and zero Chin who somehow beat Dave Allen to a pulp. Made allen reevaluate his whole life such was the beatdown.

Pricey is garbage but he’s still here, still fighting.

Anyone else see discontent between Chisora and Haye?

It seems as if Haye has no control over him. The decision to leave Coldwell, the decision to not have a trainer all seem to be the opposite of what Haye wants. Then Chisora claiming David Haye knew about Price pulling out for 3 days and that that's what a good manager does, is keep news like that from you.

I feel as if Chisora is realising Haye's managerial cut he gets, is not worth it and he's stuck with him and can't get out of the contract right now.

    Definitely friction though.
