I love fighters that move up and dare to take on dangerous and risky fights

While i do think myself that all the talk of usyk beating all the top heavyweights Wilder , Fury and Joshua is all hype and overating him in a way.

I myself am starting to believe this hype

Many usyk fans rate him as the best in heavyweight. Think about it to rate a boxer the best in a division hes never even fought in. That is alot of hype
which is why i rate usyk top 5 most hyped fighters today at #5

However after looking at several different usyk fights for the past few weeks i might have myself ended sipping some of the usyk cool aid ......

I ended looking at wilders weaknesses and matched them with usyks strengths and like a puzzle it fits perfectly

Wilders crazy swinging and looping shots are dangerous no doubt. I saw spizka who was making wilder miss and hitting wilder with clean shots szpilka

I saw how ortiz a southpaw had ortiz in danger in the 7th round
fury had wilder missing as well

After seeing this weaknesses i put it all together

usyk carries fair power and a good work rate when he becomes aggressive. i think usyk would make wilder miss all his shots and with wilder missing all those shots and
usyks elusive movement +high work rate + Decent power = Usyk Stops Wilder

it fits just like a puzzle. I dont think usyk not only does usyk beat wilder. I think he stops wilder as well.
However if wilder stopped him i would not be surprised

i thought of usyk as hyped fighter due to the claim of usyks fanbase claiming he wipes out all the heavyweights

in the process of me investigating the hype .... i found myself now drinking that usyk kool aid and seeing what they see

I'm not the one who is talking about Usyk whooping all the best Heavyweight in spite of him being my counnrtyman. However, he matches well against all of them and has from decent to good chances of beating either of them.

Usyk vs Wilder - Wilder can KO anybody, but the difference in skills and ring IQ in this fight would be enormous. Wilder looked awful against much lesser southpaw - Artur Szpilka, imagine how bad he would look against Usyk? If Wilder lands clean, he might end fight right then and there, but it's a huge iIF in this case.

Usyk vs Ruiz Jr - Usyk is a stylistic nightmare for shorter Ruiz who, while having fast hands. is slow on his feet. Of course, if Ruiz catches him with a clean punches, he will likely put Usyk in big troubles, but Ruiz tends to get lethargic aginst good movers, and Usyk has an excellent footwork.

Usyk vs Joshua - AJ's size, power and solid boxing skills would make thing tough for Usyk to overcome early in the fight. But his awful stamina may betray him again

Usyk vs Fury - I thought that Fury was a stylistic nightmare for Usyk. Huge, elusive, negative fighter. But southpaw Otto Wallin, who is few classes below Usyk, gave him all kind of troubles. Now I think Fury will be much more focused and better prepared for Usyk, but still Fury's bad performance against southpaw makes me wonder would Usyk really be an underdog against Fury?

Great fighter. I believe he will live up to the hype.

Saw him in London on the Joshua/Povetkin fight. Was a few hours before the fight and he was just chilling with a friend shopping. Had a chat with him, really decent guy.

No matter how you break the fight down its 50/50 with smart money going to Usyk ,he should win by slight chance he gets past all 12.

Usyk tonight im guessing will carry Witherspoon on a long lay off to get rounds in so i took the over 9 rnds, but if Witherspoon shows signs of threat it will end and probably right there, if Usyk feels he needs to end the night.

Tonights fight has zero to do with a wilder one which has a probability of about 80% NEVER happening.
