Dwyer is the YouTuber who takes half an hour video to say “I’m betting on Errol Spence” Yeah that guy is on some race grade equine tranquillisers at the very least
The guy that ran the marathon today in under 2 hours was simply an incredible achievement. Even though we have no evidence he is a PED Whyte Cheat, people will be thinking it with PED whyte type cheats undermining all genuine achievements. In boxthing, any failed test should result in an automatic 2 year ban with any subsequent failures resulting in a life ban.
The guy will be using PEDs but it’s still an amazing feat. Likewise with any strength athlete who benches 500lbs or deadlifts 800lbs+ etc etc... Regardless of the fact that they use drugs they are amazing feats of strength.
Running just above 13mph for 2 hours - he did not even look exhausted at the finish. Cannot understand how it is humanly possible mate.
He’ll be in pain I can assure you ha. He was grimacing at points during. No doubt he is on peds though...
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/athletics/50035304 Wonder how stringent the Kenyan anti doping authority are with their TUEs and testing...
And given the woman broke the record Paula Radcliffe previously held...this previous story on Radcliffe is pertinent. Gee, really makes you think. ‘I’ve never resorted to cheating in any form,’ says women’s marathon world record holder after MP indirectly identifies her as British athlete under suspicion of blood doping" https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2015/sep/08/paula-radcliffe-fighting-doping-allegations
Can you imagine how much coin these TUE enabling docs are making....literally gatekeepers to an athlete's and their managements multi-million pound fortunes. Probably on MEGA money retainers from promo and management firms as "consultants", who just happen to have a handy carry-all stuffed full of pills and meds at the ready. "Oh yes, this word-class Marathon runner just happens to have low hemoglobin readings....can't think why. Best put it right via a "therapeutic" dose of EPO...it's for their health, honestly" I wonder if that's how this wheeze works, 'Scuse the pun. "Somebody" gives an athlete an untraceable substance that marginally lowers hemoglobin, test or whatever else is needed to give a competitive advantage over X amount of months? The said athlete then goes to a "reputed" sports doc, who over repeated appointments "finds" the lower than normal amounts. Roberts your mothers' brother, you now have a script. I know from first-hand experience how unassailable Doctors are when it comes to dodgy dealings. Their professional bodies will have their back even if they're accused of literal murder. Google the Gosport Hospital scandal for proof. Madeleine McCann for even more. Jerry McCann btw, is still working as doctor, and a sports one at that! Make of that what you will.... And the best thing is, as we've seen, medical privacy trumps everything when it comes to disclosure.
Has there been anything NEW on this case? Is Whyte getting a suspension or what? Or is doping officially legal if you have the right promoter?
So let’s just take a minute to analyse the past week. Arguably the best long distance running coach is banned for four years for systematic doping offences. And just days later a man smashes the two-hour barrier for a marathon and Paula Radcliffe’s 16-year marathon record is smashed by over a minute. I’m not a running fan at all but the brazenness is unreal. I’ve seen a lot of Africans on Twitter playing the race card against doping allegations after Farah played that the other day. Which is reprehensible because it’s nothing to do with race as we all know.
