spot on and the bookies will know this. Price with his own shaky chin knew he had to be careful so just boxed and still managed to retire him in the corner. Dubois would want to brutally KO him.
F**k me, that is ridiculous, I see that kind of s**t on Instagram all the time too. It was clear for all to see that after the first Lenroy Thomas fight the myth that Allen could ever be near a challenger was well and truly done. Beating a few absolute nobodies, making a meal out of it in some cases, then beating a totally shot Browne led to a bunch of know nothings believing that Dave Allen was some sort of real life Rocky Balboa because he wore the shorts. In truth he's nothing like Rocky or Chuck Wepner, he's just a bloke that has gone further than he should have because of the power of social media. If I'm being honest I'd quite like to see him suffer a highlight reel KO defeat and then retire, there's nothing more to see from Allen, he's got nothing more to show us and he'll probably tarnish his reputation if he carries on as, at present, he's rightly or wrongly known as this granite skulled warrior that will fight anyone anywhere and can't be knocked down. If he goes in with Dubois he's getting put on his backside and becoming a meme.
What’s your problem Allen? Any boxer outside the top 10 who went in with Dubois would suffer the same. Warren needs to splash the cash and get Dubois fighting bigger names at elite level.
My issue with Allen has always been the same, the hype and everything that comes with it. As for Dubois, I rate him, he looks decent, not every fighter outside the top 10 is getting KO'd by him though, Kevin Johnson, of AJ highlight reel KO fame to many, went the distance a year ago.
This content is protected Offering him the same as he got for being A side of a Co Main of a PPV when he is now the B side coming in off a loss means either Hearn shafted him or he has a ludicrous view of his value
A comeback fight should he lose? I take it they mean someone like Darch rather than a rematch and subsequent repeat of how the first fight went.
