To sum it up: I really thought that Gvozdyk can outbox Beterbiev, but both guys showed great skills and the guy with the more power won. I always beared in mind since Gvozdyk got down in the 1st against Karpency that a case scenario might happen. Lucky shot or not by Karpency, Gvozdyk just seemed more vulnerable for me.

Absolutely gutted for Gvozdyk he was swimming against the tide for quite a while there and he displayed so much heart and determination, a cast-iron chin and that performance from him tonight would've been enough to get his hand raised against any other LHW in the world. Hope he's going to be OK because he took an awful lot of seriously heavy punches.

Brilliant performance by Beterbiev he displayed an excellent set of whiskers himself and really good boxing ability and stamina. Hell of a fight and both were excellent tonight but Beterbiev's scary physical strength and bludgeoning power was the difference.

I don't ever want to hear anymore of this ''weak chin'' nonsense about either of these guys again they both took so many flush heavy shots from each other and took them like bosses.

I wonder the cards because the better punches seemed like beterbiev but there was also flash. there was a round where it was a CLEAR body shot and gvosdyk walked away trying to claim low blow, I knew that was weakness and it was over. and from that second gvosdyk threw about 8 more punches

Beterbiev broke him down physically and mentally. Had Gvodzyk looking for a way out. Teddy wouldn't let him quit, so Gvodzyk was trying to find a way to in the ring. How do you get hurt by a body shot then complain? What the **** was that?

Most of that crowd must have been Ukranian, place is empty while Artur is doing his talk.

Wow AB is a humble guy!

Even addressed the Ukrainian fans who booed him in the beginning., telling them that it's okay.

    Beterbiev is the man!

He would break Bivol too. Beterbiev would not respect BIvol's power at all and would crush him.

Really interesting style match-up. Unlike Kovalev, Ward wouldn't want to get into a rough and tough close-up fight with Beterbiev.

I agree bivol will have his moments but ultimately would get broken down and stopped.

Beterbiev has tightened his defense; and it's now an underrated facet of his game. Very good performance.

That wish might just come through with his foray into the WWF.

I'm sure Beterbiev wanted no parts of those guys, but fought Gvozdyk who is better than all 3 of them and less recognized.

I almost feel like kovalev would get knocked out cold but bivol has the skills to out box him

I think they were fair calls tbh. Gvozdyk definitely got knocked down twice moreafter the first one at the end there.

Did I say anything was wrong with the ****ing stoppage? No, I didn't. Just that the last two KD's weren't legit KD's. What? Am I not entitled to give my opinion now?
