    Personally would have a hard time calling a multiple weight multiple time champion a journeyman. What makes you class him as one?

    Fair man, he has too good a record to make the cut for me, but he's a good spot. Surprises me he's not mentioned in Holland when he could possibly be one of your best historically. Excuse my ignorance I'm sure there's an obvious answer to this question but is there any dutch heroes in boxing?

    'Bama Kid deserves a shout. Many contemporaries inside the fight game believed that with the proper guidance and opportunities from the get-go, he could've been damn near another SRR.

    :thumbsup: Absolutely is. Also, he was the little-known inspiration/real-life basis for the best character in my favorite boxing fiction book of all time. (Memphis Kid in The Professional by WC Heinz)
