The Taylor vs Prograis prediction thread

I am going to make my first ever breakdown thread on this as soon as I get a real chance to sit down and type.

In short, I am prophesying a Josh Taylor win by TKO or KO.

 

Who cares about this fight?

 

Taylor on points.

I think first 8 rounds will be very close with both men sharing rounds but I think Regis will start to tire and Taylor will take advantage and sweep most of the later rounds.

I would say 60/40, but we have to take the location into account here. Wouldn't be surprised if this one ended up a SD or a draw.

I'm leaning towards Josh Taylor. I think he has the better amatuer pedigree and has fought better opposition as a pro.

 

I'm not sure why I'm not very interested in this fight. Maybe because JT looked very average against Postol.

 

Going with Regis Philbin by late TKO.

 

Still going with Prograis

 

Prograis will batter Taylor. He will cut the paper skin of Taylor early and finishes him in late rounds.
