This content is protected Good back and fourth here im with wlad on this but i can see Lennox's point on this also both make good arguments If the rules are amateur rules then i dont see how the pros can have a advantage its 3 rounds with amateur rules............
I used to be against it for some reasons but now I feel: if they qualify, they qualify. What else is to it? Trust me I stress how different pros and amateurs are. Once again: if they qualify, they qualify. Ultimately, though, I truly do not care either way.
What a nice and classy arguement by two greats. I lean more toward Lennox but wlad raised good points
I don’t know about health and safety of amateurs regarding this, but it would certainly help amateur boxing be more popular, people would recognise amateurs names because they have fought certain pros, and won, or lost. There’s a lot of risk for big name pros taking part in the amateurs, because if they lose it will effect their earning potential.
