Very nice seeing them both working out. Canelo mean looking, planting himself and throwing hooks and Andy looking very business like. And you get a Mexican band too! Cushty.

I saw an interview with Kevin Johnson who described his fight with Andy as "absolutely horrifying". KJ doesn't seem one to scare easy either. I just would not want to be stood on the receiving end of what that guy throws.

That Canelo is unbelievable. He’s honestly absolutely brilliant. He won’t get the credit he deserves until retirement - partly due to his drugs but I don’t think he gets the credit he deserves regardless.

Just plumped on Ruiz. Think he smashes Joshua again, puts his combinations together so naturally and quickly. Can’t see AJ handling him easily at all.

Another one but not sure how new this is. It's champifeboxing's channel and he takes some getting used to but he has a good selection of vids - most of which are not very long. Bit of a character.

    Ruiz hitting that bag :ggg

Ruiz is a very fluid puncher all looks very natural and smooth. Complete opposite to some guys who can look a bit stiff and robotic.
I do think AJ over looked him but styles make fights and I think Ruiz fast handed, ambush style is something AJ couldn't handle. I wonder what Joe Parker was thinking when Ruiz KO'd him - that could of been him had he been less passive.

Think the 2nd fight will be much more cautious and that might favor Joshua

I love the Joshua/Ruiz rematch. I absolutely love it and can't wait to sit down and watch it. No matter who wins it, there's going to be several really exciting exchanges. I'm definitely picking Ruiz but Joshua will be very dangerous with his career potentially on the line. It's a fight that has a life and death feel to it. It's bloody huge for the division.

Still say joshua needs to get in there and take the fight to ruiz. Gonna be a struggle trying to outbox him over 12 without ruiz getting to him. Unlike parker ruiz will let his hands go. Didnt have much problem hitting joshua last time. Cant see joshua suddenly being much harder to hit. Think robs making joshua unsure of himself with his safety first tactics...leading to him being caught between styles. With joshuas height/strength and power....he needs to be putting these guys on the back foot. Ended up not sure what to do against ruiz....led to him pawing out a terrible jab half the night too scared to commit. He really needs to commit to an attack this time round tho. The boxing should be used on the back foot to try to control the pace. But when he goes on the attack....he really needs to get ruiz going backwards. Otherwise hes probably putting himself in a more dangerous position....with the meak boxing on the backfoot with ruiz,s handspeed and combinations. He needs to stop him in his tracks.

Problem is tho....joshua looks chinny with stamina issues when he gets clipped. Looking more and more like a very good but flawed fighter as it goes on. Needs to change his style regardless tho. Hopefully hes going to war with the sparring partners cause he,ll probably need it against ruiz.

The more I see Ruiz training the more I see that big robotic chinny wooden top being smashed off those big stiff pumped up weightlifter shoulders again.

    Guy is lightening.

Would be great if AJ got retired in some **** hole arena in front of 10,000 people.

It's easy to forget just how frighteningly quick Ruiz hands are. He throws combos like a welterweight!

always happens with these big fights. UK broadcasters tend to leave the non PPV shows until last minute to get them for as cheap as possible. Although would this be a PPV?

The ref was atrocious in the AJ Parker fight though. He pretty much nullified Parker and that gave Joshua a huge advantage.

There is an old article stating that BT Sport would show it, but no news yet that I can see.
