I’m sure he retired because he couldn’t risk any blows to the head because of his eyes? Good luck to him but surely this isn’t the wisest of moves?

I noticed he’d beefed up a fair bit in recent appearances. Good luck to him but can’t see this working out. I used to watch wrestling a lot as a kid and Ogogo, with his voice and personality, won’t make it big.

Isn't he legally blind? Pro wrestling will take a lot out of your body, hope it's a wise move for him.

The main issues to do with injuries in wrestling are the spine and legs typically- head injuries aren’t that frequent as nearly every major promotion works very safe around that area (no unprotected chair shots for example).

Strange move as Ogogo isn’t exactly Mr Entertainment and he’s starting quite late unless he can pick up the basics quickly.

I reckon he has told them he is Anthony Joshua, this mega-popular Olympic hero and in fact when they turn up will be Ogogo

Well you only have to listen to him talk to know the punditry wasn't going to work out.

I wish him luck, he is going to need it.

Knowing his luck he will end up being thrown in with the "New Khabib" LOL

Doesn't seem to have to size, presence or charisma that suit professional wrastling. I'm no expert on it, but surely it's the type of "sport" where you're at risk of getting a finger poked in the eye? Doesn't seem like a wise move for him IMO but good luck to him anyway.

As said I'm sure they thought they were getting Joshua or someone else, read Olympic Gold on a bit of paper and thought the crowd would go wild for him

Errrr not sure, I will go through it and try to remember..

I laughed when i thought of Ogogo trying to do punditary, stuttering and slurring and sounding like somebody had shoved a sock in his mouth.

What moron thought "we need a pundit for this weekends boxing, a man who is good at expressing their thoughts clearly and precisely.. I know........."

The "I wish him luck" line made me smile, maybe not laugh, because he is going to need it, he will eventually get mauled, so that made me give a little chuckle if I remember correctly.

And the "New Khabib" line, well that would be hysterical if he was thrown in with a bear wrestling monster immediately and completely crushed, I would find that funny, very funny, so that probably did make me "LOL, the thought of it is making me grin now..

I had a few beers last night but I hope that answered your question.
