So basically dress the mutton as lamb? Put a solid card on with some world title fights and pretend the female is the star attraction.

For me and this just for me, I can’t wait for this. My daughters who are 7 and 5 both box. The eldest is a massive Katie Taylor fan, so genuinely excited!! I appreciate that woman’s boxing isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but think it’s great and this is a stepping stone for woman within the sport

Pretty much for me yes. I can't see a main event for a ppv being Katie Taylor. It needs good fights to support it. I can't see chisora being told that he is on Katie Taylor's undercard. It's just my opinion though. She might be more popular than I have given her credit for.

How is this a stepping stone, Sky is already a paid platform, add in PPV. So for any young female their parents will need to have a sky subscription and then PPV to boot, it's the opposite of inclusive.

This won't sell at all, unless they stack the undercard and masquerade Kaite as the headliner

Given your daughters enthusiasm, I retract what could prove to be my pig ignorant statement. All power to your lasses Turpins. Good luck.

This isn’t about Katie Taylor, this is about fights apparently only being PPV so that certain fights can be made, for example Joshua v Fury, Canelo v GGG, Spence v Crawford etc. There doesn’t need to be PPV loot to make a Katie Taylor fight nor a Dillian Whyte or whoever. They need to stop this nonsense & that’s absolutely nothing against Katie Taylor.

If she sold tickets she would have headlined in Ireland already, where apparently she is adored and is a superstar.

Women’s boxing is being forced in boxing fans and very few actually want it.

But Adam Smith said they'd be dancing in the streets of Ireland when Katie Taylor won a world title.

This is what I hate. It's being forced upon us. That cnt Eddie Hearn talking about how it's just boxing, not women's boxing, it's just boxing. Bore off mate. It's women's boxing, it's sht and we should never have to watch it, let alone pay for it.

I'll be glad when Katie Taylor fcks off from our screens. Nothing against her personally but she is not this mega world wide star that Sky and Matchroom make out that she is.

The women are fighting unfairly against the male juggernaut, in more than one front. I was half hearted on the Canelo Kovalev buy, so Katie was not under consideration. Unfortunately Turpin's girls don't know the bigger picture, being so young. Maybe it is for the best so they can just box.

I wouldn’t pay to watch her even if it was for the persoon rematch Hearn and team seam to be avoiding

All top level women's sports will dominated by trannies soon anyway. It's inevitably going to happen in boxing and it will be hilarious watching some mentally ill bloke who should be in a nut house knocking out women left right and centre while Eddie Hearn and the Sky team have to pretend that he's a stunning and brave woman breaking barriers.

I do agree that there are generally far to many PPV’s that are not warranted. For me as a dad for the girls, it will be great to show them what they can achieve as females within a sport they currently really enjoy will be good. At the gym they go to, in the u10 class there is far more girls than boys. In fact the ratio is 2-1. Girls boxing is very much up and coming from what I see
