November 18th, Kash Farooq v Lee McGregor winner gains both British and Commonwealth bantam titles. There's been a lot of terrific fights lately, this could be another one.
Yeah this fight could be very lively. McGregor is talented and good value for money. I don't know much about Farooq but I know some folk who really fancy him in this fight. Not one to be missed.
Emirates is an excellent arena. I saw Burns - Jose Gonzalez there and would expect tickets could be acquired on the night.
Sadly I don't do any form of social media so will maybe just rock up and see if I can get anything on the cheap will also see with the Mrs if I have any plans already!!
This fight is on in the basketball courts and not the arena where the Burns v Gonzalez fight was held. Only holds about 1200 people so dont think there are tickets left.
McGregor a big Hearts fan so it'll make a change for me from supporting Taylor (sadly, a Hibs fan). Farooq has looked excellent though - great power and movement, and I would favour him for the result. If you look at Farooq's fights on youtube you'll see the power
