Well I'm not usually into Luis Ortiz jokes (sparring Joe Louis photo was fun though) because he's one of my favorite boxers, but for the sake of it, have a look at Ortiz sparring with his grandchildren, some would assume it's even his grand-grand children, we shall never find out. Wilder is squandering an opportunity to prove his greatness by continually fighting fighters that are so-so competition. No one cares about this fight. Ortiz is a grandfather. Probably older than he claims just to stay relevant. Wilder needs to step it up.
How tf do you have grandkids old enough to spar at 40?? Let's say the kid in blue is 9 or 10...so he was born when Ortiz was around thirty, which means the dad would have needed to be 15 when he was conceived (as likewise Ortiz would've been when conceiving his own son/the kid's father). Yikes.
Ok, I have no idea about his mental state, but Lucas was not inactive for two years before he fought Whyte, he had fought both years before the fight. Yes Ortiz is a good fighter, but his only real big win against a top ten opponent was Jennings, who was coming off a loss at the time. Ortiz has not come off as some world beater up there with Joshua when he fought Hammer, or Scott, and I certainly would not pick Ortiz to beat Whyte, Ruiz or Joshua, and I doubt it is just me, I’m sure if you put a pill up here the majority would pick all three to beat Ortiz. How long Ortiz has been boxing is not relivant, you can box all your life and still not be great at it. The fact is both Lucas and Ortiz were top ten opponents, and both have a single big win on their records.
Well many people here question Ortiz' real age. Depending on the forum user it varies somewhere between 40 and 2800, going back to ancient greece where some claim to have evidence that Ortiz faced Pythagoras at the olympic games. It is quite possible then that these kids are his grand-grand kids, depending on what age you give Ortiz.
Body Snatcher ought to have spent less time bodying his classmates' snatches raw, and not skipped health class the day they went over birth control.
Also altitude training... Ortiz has got the right idea, but he'd be better off at 7,000 - 8,000 feet. In fact, if he slept at altitude and ran at sea level, that would be even better.
Whenever I see a thumbnail of Ortiz he's always got that round eyed Bernie Mac side-stare thing going on. Just a minor observation.
Ortiz is old. In his prime, I'd pick him. It's an old sham. A younger fighter beats a guy past his prime, then fights him later even more past his prime, while he's still in his prime. I'd like to see Ortiz win, but that stuff doesn't happen when you focus on it, so I'm going to forget about this match for now.
I didn't want this fight and think Wilder will win via KO, but an Ortiz win would be less shocking than Ruiz this summer. He nearly knocked out Wilder the first time, after all.
Go and start a poll and ask the forum if Ortiz when in his prime would have beaten Joshua and Dillian Whyte and you will see most will agree he'd have beaten them both. And I dare you to ask the forum if they believe Ortiz is the same level as Lucas Browne, I dare you The rest of what you've written is a crock of **** which is why your post was approved by that nut Aydamn who no one takes seriously. Lucas was serving a ban before he fought Whyte, He had one fight inside a night club against a white collar bum named Matthew Greer Before that he fought competitively against Chageav in 2016. He fought Whyte in 2018. That's 2 years before he had a real fight. This same Lucas Browne who was knocked out by Dave ****ing Allen in 3 rounds and you're trying to tell me he's on the same level as Victor Orttiz who paralyzed this same dave Dave Allen
