    What an entertaining and exciting fight!!! I really underestimated Donaire! He's a true warrior, excellent boxer and was in a great shape (for his age). Donaire took enormous amount of punishment tonight, and I really really hope he will be OK. I'm worried for his health.

    This should put the kibosh on people saying he should jump up in weight anytime soon.

    After a fight like that, does anyone think Donaire retires?

    That fight must take a lot out of a 36 year old.

    Ref's discretion. Nowhere do the rules say the ref has to rule somebody as kayoed at ten as opposed to after ten.

    Harder fight than expected for Donaire but it shows more how he copes in rough moment's and of course that his chin is iron. Donaire a legend. HOF. 1 more fight before retiring maybe? Rigo II? I think he'd win it at this stage.

    He sort of did exactly that. It's always awkward when a body shot happens and the recipient just stops fighting and the ref wonders if he missed something. Happens often enough that it's rarely handled correctly.
