    What also pissed me off more than anything, was not just that Soto got a bogus ruling on the fight.

    It was the fact that his opponent was nearly DEAD on the other side of the ring, while EVERYONE was gathered around in a corner discusing what the result of the fight should be.


    FOR **** SAKES the guy was nearly dying, brutally bleeding out of the back of his head, his eye, his nose and mouth and NO ONE was giving him Medical care...


    after 5+ Minutes WHO PICKED HIM UP??????


    HUMBERTO SOTO PICKED THE GUY UP AND PUT HIM ON HIS STOOL

    That is what I call a WHAT THE **** MOMEMENT, Even moreso than the BOGUS ruling on the fight.


    man what a bunch of rookie garbage, I can't even believe this ****. Humberto SOTO...Picked the ****er up off the ground!!!

    Where on earth was the doctor!!!? Where was his team!??!?

    I've just watched the clip. I dislike Lorenzo, how dare he lift his arms up, smile and talk triumphantly to the camera at the end. That was disgraceful behaviour.

    I hope Soto gets a rematch. Lorenzo was also an idiot when lifting his arms up and all that acting high and mighty.:patsch

    IMO the rematch is not necessary. He beat this guy to near death.

    I thought Lorenzo was going to ****ing die. He had blood flowing out of every hole in his face. And while Cortez was sorting it out (for 5+ minutes) he just laid there in a pool of his own blood with no assistance. Soto did NOTHING wrong and i'd like to hear Cortez' explanation for why he jumped in between them twice for no reason. It was a pretty emotional deal overall and given Soto's background, Manny just couldn't swallow it. Neither could I. The decision should be reversed and Cortez should be fined and/or fired. Men's lives and careers are at stake and he ****ed everything up.

    Cortez appeared very. very dubious in both Mayweather - Hatton & Hopkins - Calzaghe, both times in favour of the home fighters on those occasions. He didn't manage to, in my opinion, alter the winner of either contest but the way in which they unfolded could have been considerably different with a competent referee in the ring.

    how the hell can cortez do things like that???
    he should have stoped the fight when lorenzo was knocked down...
    the guy was smashed.....
    it was robbery.
    lets hope they kick cortez out of the ring!!
