Duran is the only one even close IMO. Shame we never got to see that fight.

Aaron Pryor vs Pernell Whitaker would be the closest thing to a breakdance fight that boxing could produce. Nobody lands anything and everyone's impressed.

Duran, Chavez, Williams, Ambers, Canzoneri, Ortiz, Whitaker, Ross, Armstrong. That's some names off the top of my head that would have to be thought about further and could well narrow down. At the same time it might expand with other names as well. SRR was stilling fighting inside 140 twenty seven fights deep and there's every chance he could make it without much detriment quite a few fights on. He has wins over a still good Zivic around 140.

Duran and Napoles would KO him. Armstrong and Ross and McClarnin would trouble him. Ike Williams could do it, he has the KO power, but I'm not so sure of him when he was above 140.

I like Pryor a lot, but he is quite overrated by some.

A younger less ringworn Arguello would have beaten him.

I'd also bank on Carlos Ortiz, who I somehow forgot. Summed up in this great post. Pryor lacking resume quality leads me to pick against him in this one.
