Harada retired at the beginning of 1970. He's a 60s fighter.

I'm aware regarding Harada. Just stating that the fighters of the 1960's contain more ATG's than fighters of the 1970's. You also had more undisputed champs in the 60's than the 1970's. 1970's bantamweights were divided which led to Zamora/Zarate settling the score in a non title bout since politics got in the way.

Ali is a Fighter of the decade in 1970 and top 3 fighter of the 1960's (with Jofre/Griffith) . Had Ali not been stripped and continued to box to 1970 without interruptions and then fought his scheduled bout with Bonavena in Japan, Corletti, Frazier, Quarry, Ellis, etc.. he would've been ahead of Jofre as fighter of the 1960's.

Regarding the 1970's, no-one beat more ranked contenders than Ali. Ali also hold the best signature win in that decade against a prime ATG 40-0 monster while post prime and actually knocked him out. Foreman was never knocked out again afterwards despite fighting in his 40's.

Monzon and Duran resume of 70's does not match Ali resume thus Ali should be seen as the best fighter of that decade/.

Ali was a special and unique boxer who simply fought the best while Frazier fought unranked Daniels/Stander and ducked Ali regarding a rematch. Whereas Ali was fighting ranked opposition that Frazier was meant to be tackling against.
