I hope no belts get stripped from the Ruiz vs AJ winner.

Parker wants Chisora first because Chisora said Parker faked a Spider Bite to Wimp Out of the Fight! I mean Chisora lost to Pulev not long ago so he's no World Beater, KO'ing guys like Spilka and Price is not impressive since they've both been KO'd often! His only decent win lately was against Povetkin KO victim Takem! Povetkin smashed Price easily also...

Great fight that as a boxing fan, would be a pleasure to watch. Unfortunately for my fellow countryman, I see him losing by 3-4 rounds.

Usyk will be too good...Styles make fights, and Usyk is the elite boxer between the two. Usyk has a good chin, great motor and the ability to fight on the front or back foot. Combining those, he is hard for anyone of a similar height. Parker and Usyk are similar in height and power. Speed to Parker, but timing to Usyk.

For what it's worth, I think Usyk has an easier time in beating the likes of Chisora, Whyte, Miller, Rivas and Joyce.

Ideally for Parker we would see him fight Chisora as he is the man to beat in getting his rematch with Whyte.

I doubt Ruiz or Joshua would avoid any of the mandatory defenses, just line them up and get them out of the way as soon as possible! ...If possible...

I've always liked Parker. One of the more skilled heavyweights out there, with good power and granite chin. Against Usyk, though, he won't have the luxury of resting at any time during the fight, like he can against many of his tubby opponents. If he's not 100% focused and committed in training, he will lose, and even that's no guarantee he will win.

I think Usyk is going to show the HW division what master class boxing really looks like. Usyk's main risk will be how the refs handle dirty tactics.

Isn't Usyk stepping up rather fast from his first Heavyweight fight against Arreola victim Witherspoon?? He didn't exactly destroy Witherspoon like Arreola did and Arreola is no World Beater! Witherspoon was much younger, in better shape and 23-0 when Arreola smacked him around the ring dropping him twice then Witherspoon's corner jumped in the ring after the 3rd round to help Witherspoon back to the corner... the referee declared it a DQ win for Arreola, it should have been a TKO.

That was already cleared up? It wasn't anything to do with Joseph Parker. It was a relative of Jonah Lomu that was mixed in amongst it. I think you might be behind the 8 ball here?

Parker wouldn't know what to do with meth if you put a bowl in front of him

    Brilliant post and 100% agree @Grinder :beer-toast1:

Google' New Zealand athlete drug ring - the name is currently being suppressed for legal reasons but a prominent Kiwi sports star based in America has been financing a meth importation ring. Many are accusing Parker of being said athlete. If I were him and it wasn't me I'd address the rumours.

She doesn't sound like the athlete being described below to me getting their name suppressed. The article below is also AFTER the one you posted.

Apologies @Sugar88 I wasn't aware there were 2 cases in the spotlight at the moment! Turns out i'm the one behind the 8 ball!
I would be very, very surprised if JP was involved. I would be leaning towards Rugby League if anything...

    No worries my man.

Yeah going on the character we've been presented it seems unlikely but the majority of online hearsay and innuendo are all suggesting it's Parker at the moment and so if it's not him then he really should move to dispel these rumours.

The timing of the Chisora cancellation and his link to the dodgy looking Higgins prob don't help his case here as they both look suspicious.

    I hope it isn't.

He needs to revise one thing, his mentality, I don't think he can though, he has everything physically, strong, great chin, good legs, fast hands, can punch in combo but isn't alpha enough, he don't want to come out on top as much as the best of the best do. Tweak that a bit and he could be the last man standing out of the current crop his physical attributes are that good imo
