He doesn't gain anything because he's trying to defend the indefensible Right is right and wrong is wrong. Our Adyam aka Inferno is trying to twist those two principles around in order to justify Whyte cheating and risking Rivas life in the process.
I didn't say anything about silence and your point about confidentiality ended when this became a public matter reported by in the press by a highly respected journalist. I realise you have been pushing an agenda to justify your own arguments in this matter. The fact remains that this case has damaged significantly the reputation of UKAD and the BBBOC. You state that investigations are very involved yets a decision was taken with little or no investigation despite the governing and testing bodies being aware of an adverse finding in Whyte's test that was suggestive of possible misuse of prohibited substances. If resolving this matter is not about corruption then it is about incompetence on the part of the governing and testing bodies. It has been a missed opportunity by these bodies to show how open and fair their procedures are and avoid the damaging the sport further.

Frank with his bodyguard DDD, in case there were any hecklers in the audience who wished to be set upon. Good thing Aydam wasn't there as he wouldn't have been able to help himself from screaming out something in protest before proceeding to getting his head smashed in the process
big frank is lucky he didn't post that on ESB. He'd have been bombarded with at least a page of aydam's furious sh*tposts within an hour.
I hope when Frank is interviewed again or gets the chance to meet one of the Hearn's, he sticks it to them and asks them if they enjoyed themselves at Epstien Isalnd and ask if they remembered to take Adam Smith on their trip. After that, he'd have completely bodied Matchroom.
Doesn't need a loophole the man isn't banned by anyone. The whole thing is ridiculous that its taking this long ! The delay benefits nobody.
It's not unusual for a case to be dragged out when the defendant is guilty, The whole point is to wait until things have died down until the public interest dies down, then make a backdoor judgement which states they could not find conclusive evidence of intentional doping, or some other garbage spin written by a UKAD lawyer.
