Ali`s fame was unusual, he was a larger then life character outside the ring and did memorable interviews on talk shows, he was on Parkinson which was one of the biggest chat shows in Britain in the 70`s and the whole program only had him instead of the usual three guests Parky would usually have, check that interview on youtube it`s iconic and was watched by millions of Brits in the 70`s, no comparison at all.
Seemed to have no problem milking his UK fans for multiple "An evening with Tyson Fury" shows in UK theatres this year. Tomorrow, he'll be in the press saying UK fans are the best and he wants his next fight there. The man is a walking contradiction.
