    Yes of course he would have. Weight draining kills stamina and sharpness. Might well have been radically different.

    Maybe a tad better, but he wouldn't have won. Still, it was a cowardly move by Floyd. JMM wasn't even allowed to speak on the weight specifics, hence it being billed simply as, "A Welterweight fight". ***** move by floyd.

    Let marquez train with Heredia and have a tune up at 144. I'd say he loses a closer UD.

    No, but the Mayweather at 130 vs Marquez at 130 would've been a way better fight.

    I think highly of Marquez and am not a fan of Floyd. However, I totally agree with Max.

    no. floyd will always beat him because of his size, length, and superior legs and reflexes.

    I think at 130 lbs Marquez would have stood a chance as Mayweather would not have had a strenghth and power advantage that he most definitely had at 147 lbs.
    Mayweather had all the physical advantages at 147 lbs, at 130 lbs those advantages are less magnified.
