How does LW Shane Mosley, who went 32-0 (30 KOs), fare against the hard punching Edwin Rosario? Can Mosley handle Rosario’s power and use his own speed and explosive power to make it interesting? Or would Rosario prove to be too powerful for Mosley?
I’ll take Mosley in a hard fought battle via decision.

Shane might get rocked early, but ultimately, he'd be too much for Chapo down the stretch. And I say that as a big Rosario fan.

    Mosley KO 10.

    Another vote for Sugar Shane.

It would help the Rosario chances if this guy did not take a good punch. He does hold that head straight up. The fight boils down to which guy absorbs better & that part of things isn't close.

And this is another guy the elbow way out style of defense of Rosario is all wrong for. That sharp right hand will have a home by the 3rd round.

Agree with the consensus so far. Mosley wins this and for my money likely stops Rosario late on. Both great punchers at 135 but Mosley was the tougher, more durable of the two and was almost impossible to outspeed and outwork as a Lightweight. He'll be outlanding Rosario 2:1 in the vicious exchanges at close and mid range, of which I'm sure there'd be many. Would be a hell of a scrap while it lasted, though.

Hell of a fight. Mosley at Lt.weight was something special. But so was Rasario. Mosley was tougher and faster. That
would be the difference. Going with the consensus on this one. Mosley but late stoppage.

I like Mosley early, actually. I see him jumping right on Rosario and forcing him back. When that happened to Rosario he was pretty awful and did little but absorb shots. Then Mosely keeps punching until the ref steps in somewhere around the 3rd or 4th.

I'll have to agree with everyone picking Mosley by stoppage. Now that I think about it Rosario did tend to not recover well when he was hurt and Mosley can hurt him bad. Interestingly I don't think Rosario was ever dropped or KO'd bad but he did get hurt and pushed back to the point of getting stopped on his feet.
