After rewatching this fight I was thinking had Foreman changed his tactics slightly could he have won? Had he went full George when he initially hurt him could he have knocked out Evander? I think it would have been likely if he went all out early as opposed to saving himself. Either way much better fight then I remember.

I have watched this fight live, and so many times after, I just know this wasn't George's best comeback fight by a good percentage.

I rewatched it today and was just thinking he def stunned holy bad in like round four (could have been 3 or something) and was just thinking Had he went all out and gave it his all he may have gotten him out of there.

I remember the day before the fight. Holyfield was in his prime and undefeated, there was the air of Holmes vs Ali all over again. I remember on Monday there was a feeling of relief that although Foreman didn't win that he fought a competitive fight, I thought Foreman would retire, and was almost positive that he would retire after losing to Tommy Morrison. Then came November 5th 1994 I remember watching the fight and was so overjoyed when he knocked Michael Moorer out I called my brother who was in bed and not even a boxing fan to tell him that George Foreman was the heavyweight champion of the world.

I think prime Holyfield was a little too quick for old Foreman.
