    Robbery!

What was McGregor and his team celebrating for before the decision was announced?

Its happening there also! Persoon vs Taylor the highest profile one of late..

Although Shannon Courtenay could of been seen quite lucky not to have had a draw in her last fight.

To be fair was it not be cause they said “and still “ or something that implied it was mcgregor?

No it wasn't that. Even before that Team McGregor were wildly celebrating like lunatics jumping cheering and whooping like crazy animals. McGregor himself had to tell them to calm down, it was on TV and the live-streams.

Why would the whole team celebrate like that after the battering McGregor took? You don't act like that after such a fight. No was Jose. Personally, I think they already knew that they were going to get the decision and just had to act like they thought they won oh so clearly. It stinks.

I had a look at Farooq's and McGregor's IG and all the comments are saying robbery, robbery, robbery. Even McGregor's own fans and followers are saying it.

I feel sorry for Farooq because he was they only winner tonight and it has been ripped away from him by shameless corruption. The pro-McGregor crowd (10 coaches hired and driven from Edinburgh to Glasgow plus people who drove or took the train) boo'd the decision and boo'd louder when McGregor raised the belts. That says a lot, especially Scottish fans who are fervent and always support their guy.

Two fighters operating at British level would lose to possibly the p4p best in the world. Thank you for your insightful post.

Stop being a fool and read all the posts for the context - any tool can cherry pick mate FFS.

Non Amazing Alexa Arthur stated LIVE on air TWICE that 'both are CURRENTLY better and would beat any Bantamweight in the World'

The previous posts and that post on this thread CLEARLY relate to that comment.

Hope that post made your day and you can stop foaming at the mouth.

    Have a good day mate.

Could not believe Alex Arthur stated it twice with a 10 minute gap in between - he must think Jamie McDonnell is the unified Bantamweight World Champion.

Absolutely deluded and it would not matter if they fought Inoue in 3 weeks, 1 year or 5 years - the outcome would be the same.

McGregor would suffer exactly the same fate as Jamie McDonnell very quickly and Farooq could last a bit longer but would be badly busted up.

Great fight last night but the commentators really need to be challenged on some of this garbage.

100% also look at farooq’s face just before they read the score cards his face changed and he was looking away people from both teams must of got a look at the scorecard.

i had it scored for farooq but it was close some of the rounds but the 115-112 scored card for mcgregor is a travesty.

Actually he stayed it twice and then corrected himself once he realised he was getting carried away and changed it too maybe not the best but up there with the best. I'm pretty sure he has some sorta say in the promotion in that fight however

Sorry pal but that's not quite correct. I was just listening to the commentary on BBC Scotland Sportsound where the fight commentary was replayed and what Arthur said was that they were "two OF the best in the bantamweight division" not THE two best, and definintely not "currently better and would beat any bantamweight", like you've said. I hate to be a pedant but there is a massive difference between what you've said and what Arthur actually said.
