Why not this fight next year if lomachenko is really that great. Itll be huge fight for boxing if this happens. Pacquiao fought oscar dela hoya when he was 29 yrs old and going up two division to fight the legendary oscar, who was then 35 yrs old. Maybe make the fight happen at 140. I would really like to see this before pacquiao hangs them up.

Pacquiao would put a horrendous beating on Lomachenko. Wouldn't be shocked if Pacquiao blows him out early. There's a reason why Lomachenko and his father turned down the fight.
The styles that gave Pac the most trouble in his career were boxers with long reach like Morales and Mayweather, a master counter puncher like Marquez, and when he got bullied by Horn. Pac is way stronger than Loma, Loma isn't going to take 2 to land 1 hard blow, and he has a short reach. To top that, Loma would have to move up to 140 at least, maybe even 147, Pac whoops him.
Hasn’t this been discussed a million times already? Loma could still make 126, a weight PAC hasn’t seen for years. PAC is bigger and stronger even at the advanced age. Loma might have to borrow some of the special vitamins PAC taken over the years to build his strength. Strong medicine.
Why cant we just let fighters be great in their own weight class? Lomachenko is clearly not a 147lb fighter and as far as I know he has no ambitions of ever fighting at 147. If you look at Lomachenko's amateur career since he was 18 or there about he has already moved up the equivalent of 5-6 weight classes. Not everyone can be like Manny Pacquiao and move up 8 weight classes hence why he is regarded as a ATG by virtually everyone.
