Honestly, I wonder what the punch stats look like?

It would be a wipe-out for Farooq. McGregor connect percentage would be lucky to be over 10%.

McGregor did a lot of damage for someone who only connected 10%. It was great wee fight. I didn't score it but my feeling was that a draw would have been fair. As for the 115-112 judge.......

I was at the fight last night and scored it 8 rounds to 4 for Farooq. Watched it again this morning on the telly and I could just about make a case for it being 6 rounds apiece, but with the point deduction, Farooq still won the fight. Even being generous to McGregor I can't give him 7 rounds to earn a draw at least. Farooq won it. Great fight but wrong result in my eyes, which puts a cloud over the fight, but still too close to call it a complete robbery. Would like to see the rematch.
Really like the two of them, inside and outside the ring. Two good respectful professionals wit the right attitude and evenly matched. Another example of all the nonsense with trash talk etc. being irrelevant when you have two good evenly matched fighters.

I quoted exactly what he said post fight last night mate - may have had a slight accent issue but that is what he stated.

They've done it often enough in the past, so surely the BBB of C will order an immediate rematch. Let's hope they also investigate the competence level of the 115 - 112 judge.

How the hell did McGregor "win" on any card is unbelievable... He needed to win 6 rounds and get the round that he was deducted a point to be a 9-9 round just to get a DRAW. Let alone actually "win" on 2 cards.

ROBBERY all day long. One of the worst I have ever seen actually.

They never do - Spud O'Connor, Dave Parris etc have produced the worst cards seen anywhere in the world yet they were allowed to continue to produce the same shyte cards year after year.

Gross incompetence, blindness or sniffing glue would still not explain some of the cards - the public think the sport is rife with corruption.

Kash not said anything still on social media. Poor lad must be devastated. Really, really hope he gets a chance to box on Sky or BT to showcase his skills. I think this kid could be a megastar. There’s a few British lads who I just feel need greater exposure. Zak Chelli is another one for me, even though he lost to Davies. Enormous potential.

My definition of a robbery is when a fighter who clearly didn't win gets the result.

It doesnt matter if a judge scored it 118-110 or 115-112. The fact they scored it to the wrong fighter is primarily the issue.

The fact that two judges scored it to Mcgregor with a point deduction in an easy fight to judge is the problem.

If you have to try give a fighter rounds to see how they could of won it, then there's clearly an issue. It just goes against common sense and logic.

Can't remember the round but Farooq got hit repeatedly with uppercuts at one point. Anyway both guys gave us a great fight.

Farooq needed Bradshaw backing him up.

I'd rather not get into an argument with you Jürgen but your response makes no sense to me. In the first instance, you claim unequivocally that you "quoted exactly what he said" but immediately follow-up by stating that "there may have been a slight accent issue." Surely you can appreciate the irony? The irony being, that those two statements are mutually exclusive. He either said it, or you misheard - it can't be both mate.

As someone from God's own country and, subsequently, having no issue whatsoever understanding the accent, I can confirm for you that you misheard what he said. If you have a problem with Alex Arthur then that's you prerogative, but please don't misquote or misrepresent the great people of Scotland again or, in the words of the great Liam Neeson, I will hunt you down and I will kill you. God Bless
