They don't have to be world ranked. They can even be total can crushers their whole careers. I just want to know the most pumped up undefeated record in history.
The fringe ones never reach that far, since they have "smaller" ego or are simply a pocket project for their small-time handler, they catch a Loss Pumped up records cost a lot of money, so it has to be cashed out...Unless the pumped up fighter is actually solid enough to never lose
Thank you. I've been looking for him for the last fifteen minutes. I couldn't remember his name. I'm going to close half the tabs in my browser now.
Yeah I figured many do that. Still though, some weird ones. I only really took notice because I saw Damian Jonak lost his 0 not too long ago and he was at 41-0 and ruined it against a nobody.
Would you say Bezerra was already good enough to be world ranked? A 41-0 40KO record is fantastic and he beat some relatively decent names within his first three years of activity.
Sometimes the cash out project gets ruined (unexpectedly) by an underpaid opponent, who they just think they can beat fair n square. Matchmakers are responsible for this part...No matter how you try to control boxing, it remains fun, because lots of difficult people to deal with
Yo not to nitpick but I'm certain Jimmy Barry was a world champ. In fact he holds the record for the largest undefeated record of any champ ever at 59-0-10
Problem is that the governing bodies don't like him. If he was a solid 175 & calls out Canelo...then the WBC will get him a soft touch to get him ranked...Then Canelo can tell us if this guy is any good. As of now, he is in the same boat as fellow undefeated Cruiser Jorge Kahwagi
