    Canelo picks on smaller guys in streetfights. Golovkin's brothers put him up against bigger men as a teen. Canelo's machismo is manufactured, he always needs advantages.

    Then consider this:In one rumoured event, Golovkin killed a guy in an alley and then ate his raw liver and part of a lung before being pulled off. To be honest, I'm behind that rumour, but still.

    Prime GGG walked around 170-175 lbs between the fights while prime Canelo is about 190 lbs (at least). That would give him some significant weight advantage had they fought on the street in the everyday life. Plus he always has Adilaide Byrd, CJ Ross and Levi Martinez in his pocket, so even if GGG would beat him to unconsciousness, they would always score the fight to his favor

    Sambo is designed to replicate regular combat as much as possible without being all out dirty so yes GGG will have a massive advantage.

    As usual 10% of posters DKS about what they're talking about.

    Golovkin is in every way the match of Canelo in a boxing ring. His best shots hurt Canelo; Canelo was never able to hurt Golovkin. So now you're not only rolling back the years of the OLD version of GGG that Canelo fought, but ALSO giving Golovkin access to a skillset that he's not allowed to use in the ring? GTFO here, Gennady would massacre him.

    These GGG fans are hilarious couldn't see GGG beat Canelo in the ring so they have to come up with other things to make them feel better about themselves. Truly pathetic and embarrassing at the same time. What's next? Who has the better looking girlfriend GGG or Canelo?

    GGG was beating up grown men on the mean streets of Karaganda who were three or four times his age when he was a young boy, although to be fair to Clenelo he's been doing the same as a pro for most of his career.

    'Golovkin was one of four boys - he has a twin, Maxim - and, as a young man, he suffered tragedy twice when his older brothers, Vadim, and then Sergey, died, four years apart, while serving in the Soviet Army.

    Kazakhstan was a survival-of-the fittest society back then, and his older brothers knew they had to toughen him up. They would walk around the streets, picking fights for him with grown men.

    Golovkin said: "My brothers, they were doing that from when I was in kindergarten. Every day, different guys."

    Btw, when we already talking about Sambo, Loma was a Sambo champion before he started boxing, it’s videos on YouTube of him tossing kids around, I think he would beat everyone in the UFC (in his weight).
