Wilder fought the perfect fight which is a strange thing to say about somebody who loses the first 6 rounds. He deserves credit for taking this rematch he really didn’t have to

He knocks them all out imo. Maybe Usyk could avoid the right hand but the rest get layed out

Best chance is to unload the kitchen sink on him as soon as the first bell goes. If that does not work, climb out of the ring on the 2nd bell, then go home.

I think Wilder has avoided the powerful punchers and I know you're not fan of Whyte, AJ and Povetkin but they three of most powerful.

I see Ruiz and Parker hand speed and toughness causing Wilder all sorts of problems.

Whilst the only fighters with decent footwork Wilder has fought have been two chinny fighters in Spzilka and Fury that caused him problems. Which is why i favour Hunter and Usyk against him.

Washington jab caused Wilder problems wihich is why i can see Hrgovic causing him problems.

Wilder finds a way mate. Tony Dosh PPV would need to take his chance in an early shoot out and could KO Wilder but will be facing the roof if he fails to do it early with his gas tank and chin.

I think a lot of them ask questions about them. Parker’s chin is granite, Joshua and Povetkin have the power to trouble him, think Whyte would ask a few questions before getting knocked out, Usyk and Ruiz id favour to beat him.

Stunning finish once again from Wilder, he just keeps doing it. Hope him and Fury keep their word and make this rematch happen next.

Caught up with the fight this morning. What a finish from Wilder yet again. He was losing the rounds, but he's patiently waiting at all times to land a bomb and it works. We never learned anything new last night. Wilder can be outboxed, but he really does only need 1 punch to win the fight. He's not the best boxer, technically but he's a good enough boxer to land one peach of a right hand per fight. I'm slowly starting to think I'd probably have Wilder as the favourite against all the other heavyweights. I think he'll KO Fury in the rematch if it happens and I think he'd KO Joshua for a start. I'd still say Fury has the best chance of beating him, but he'd have to box the perfect fight and stay switched on for every second. Not impossible, but I see Wilder landing a trademark bomb at some point.

I think many heavies can trouble him but that right hand more than makes up for it. I just don't see how these big, no head movement heavies avoid it.

Staying away from his right hand for 36 minutes will be a monster task but Fury can do it.

I didn't stay up, it went pretty much how I expected.. Ortiz knocked out.

Ortiz outboxing Wilder for as long as it last surprised who exactly? Wilder has been outboxed by... the list is long

But he ends fights with his ridiculous power, So Ortiz winning some rounds wasn't a surprise was it?

Also, Ortiz is 87 years old FFS, he actually looks 97 years old, I just didn't see the fight others were seeing.

Ortiz is the most overrated fighter on the planet in my opinion.

For me Wilder has better power, better stamina and a better chin than AJ. I'd happily put a nice few bob on Wilder in that fight. Hope we see it one day.

I don't care how many rounds Wilder loses. That is an extremely dangerous man.

I know it’s not a popular opinion to have on these boards but I admire Wilder. He’s not a skilled fighter but he’s instinctive with huge one punch KO power. To land that shot takes great skill, speed, timing, and also getting a feel for his opponents rhythm...it’s a talent in itself.

I like his story too, working several jobs to pay the medical bills for his disabled daughter before eventually turning to boxing to earn money. Top bloke. Respect. Looking forward to him fighting Fury/Joshua/Ruiz soon.

I still think Fury, Usyk, Ruiz Jnr, Joshua and Whyte give him problems. Parker and Povetkin would be sitting ducks, the latter is too old now and the former just isn't what some thought he was. Fury can make Wilder miss and possibly miss enough to not land cleanly enough, he wrote the blueprint and wen the distance just....and won, although it was a draw. Usyk is skilled and has enough about him to be a problem for someone as technically flawed as Wilder. Same for Ruiz Jnr, he might have enough of a chin to last out. A leaner and lighter Joshua with the hunger could be a big problem for Wilder because he's a big hitter and he could seriously hurt Wilder like Ortiz did 2 years ago, the difference being that the leaner lighter hungrier Joshua could finish off the job, could. Whyte would know it's all or nothing, his only chance, one he's waited years for, he'd prepare like a nutter and I can guarantee he would be willing to do whatever it took, he would fight dirty, he would make it horrible and, providing he didn't get disqualified and docked enough points, he could possibly cause an upset. It's not all plain sailing for Wilder if he actually fights the best, as it stands he's only had one fight against the names mentioned, he lost it. I agree with Twenty though, he is impressive.

Wilder is a one-trick pony... But, boy, what a trick he has up his sleeves!
