They are trying to shut down any talk of a rematch because they want that Canelo or BJS PPV money.

If boxing fans start beating the drum for a rematch too loudly then Hearn could well be forced to do actually address it and maybe even forced to do it.

If I was Team Ryder I'd be harassing the governing bodies for an immediate rematch and they just might grant it, Hearn works with Ryder right? So should do the right thing and give Ryder a rematch.. but he won't.

Hearn is a snake, you tell me any fight where the Matchroom favourite struggled, got lucky, got a gift and Hearn did a rematch?

Hearn will just ignore any outrage and the fighters "move on".

Katie Taylor Vs Persoon, even Taylor's biggest pervy fanboy Adam Smith had to admit Persoon won the fight and "Kaaateeee" actually lost, Hearn said crap like "Yeah there will have to be a rematch".. nope, they have moved on and are not looking back. They are waiting for Persoon to age dramatically or get beaten so they can either beat up a bad version or justify it by saying "Persoon has gone backwards while Taylor has moved forwards".

Charlie Edwards Vs Aguilar, Edwards was getting smashed to pieces, Aguilar hit him while he was on the floor, but Edwards made the most of it, went for the DQ in my opinion, ended up a NC and when the governing body ordered an immediate rematch, Hearn couldn't get Edwards out of that commitment (Hearn tried) so Edwards drops the belt and moves up.

Whyte Vs Rivas, Whyte tests positive apparently, where is the B sample? Hearn and Co don't even inform Rivas or his team, Whyte gets dropped in the fight, but takes an unbeaten fighters record in an interesting fight, where's the rematch?nwheres the suggestion?

It's not coincidental that Whyte is a late addition to the AJ card, they can justify a poor opponent instead of maybe giving Rivas a chance at some justice on that card.
