That is not correct at all. Not a single bit of it except that high insulin release induces cravings for more. It may contain the same amount of energy but it won't give us the same amount depending on its structure. Starches in particular have lot of variability.

It could be a genetic low metabolism... some fat people have to almost completely stop eating via a stomach staple and even then can't lose weight like these guys...

they even got Stomachs Stapled and ended up gaining weight after surgery! Wonder if their mouths sewed shut... keeping the pies out of their Pie-Holes would help?

Modern diet and training methods. That's combat fat capable of absorbing blows like armor.

    Low ambition, lazy work ethic.

Furthermore, obesity is negatively correlated with IQ. He's dumb as a brick.

What is not correct? It is absolutely true that carbs (& proteins) always have 4 calories per gram.
Maybe you intended to say something else, but that is what the words you wrote seemed to dispute.

Now you are may be talking about something else-accidentally or not-what is the "energy" carbs give us.
Calories are a measure of heat energy, so carbs always are identical that way.
IF you mean to say the physical energy received, such as how it effects how alert we feel physically or mentally, how much sugar our body releases & if we "crash" from that, how it effects our appetite, how we feel, how regular we may be (fiber moderates digestion & the release of insulin), whether it is conducive to dieting or health...

Then yes, carbs are very different that way.

There is a lot of hate & discrimination in this thread.
Nobody knows exactly why he is fat, what proportion it is diet, genetics, or a psychological problem.
has he been even instructed TO lose weight, or much, for years, since he has done very well fat?

And where is the actual evidence that obesity is negatively correlated with IQ?

It's his metabolism plus he doesn't care enough (and it works for him when he's fat, so why should he).

Yeah, everybody should stop the hateful Fat Shaming since Ruiz can't help having his Hourglass Figure! Or as some say "Blob Figure"...

The new five-year study of more than 2,200 adults claims to have found a link between obesity and the decline in a person's cognitive function. The research, conducted by French scientists, which is published in this month's Neurology journal, involved men and women aged between 32 and 62 taking four mental ability tests that were then repeated five years later.

I wanna know why Breazeale has man boobs yet has been boxing almost all of his life. You would think choosing a profession which causes you to have your shirt off while a multitude of people watch you would of prompt Breazeale towards doing my push ups and bench pressing to get rid of that disgusting physique.

    Stop the hate man.
Why show contempt-that you would not do in person-for your own aesthetic opinion when no ethical factors are involved?
In most cases cruelty to others involves trying to deny personal demons, insecurities-& making you feel better.

By the way, strength training does not cull fat from certain areas. That is called 'spot reducing' & it is a myth.
Body fat level & where we genetically gain & lose weight accounts for fat distribution.
Gymomastia is a medical condition many men have-& some are not obese.

Humans are 60% water, in Andy’s case the other 40% is lard
