Would he have being crushed like Dick Tiger?? Let's imagine Golovkin had being top dog middle when foster was king, he steps up to light heavy. How far does GGG get??
    5 round or less?
    Iyo?

Well anyone who moves up and faces Bob Foster will probably be hit with something, and GGG gets hit. Guys didn't have to move up and they were knocked out pretty hard. I think Foster would connect and stop GGG in about 4 or 5 rounds if not sooner. If you are saying Hagler vs. Foster? That is more interesting. Hagler would have to box and use that 75 inch reach and southpaw to avoid the big punch. I don't think Marvin relying on his chin against Foster would work that well.. They had another thread here days ago about great chins dented and Hagler would get his great chin dented by Foster.

That's a thing about great chins, at certain weight s there rock solid, soon as there getting whacked by guys moving up then it's a world of difference. Even Marvin as you point out.

He would crush him like he did Tiger, Rendon, and Quarry who were better fighters than Triple G.

Ggg has a shot here a punchers chance.but he wouldn't stick his chin out to get hit and ggg wouid not make it a war

Usually when his opponents have decent shower or high power. Golovkin dosemt trade with them and starts using his jab being technical .

I see foster stopping him (ggg) or by decision. I don't give ggg much of a chance winning here. Although maybe like 20% for being a genetic beast

Exactly...lightheavyweight was Foster's "special zone" like 122 was for Gomez.

Just like Hagler would have had to do if he had fought Foster.

I'll be honest: the version of Foster that Tiger fought did not impress me and I think Golovkin would have been competitive with him.

Bob Foster at his best would have been another matter.

It is right that Foster is favored here, but I would not be quick to assume that he would demolish Golovkin.

Golovkin has an absolutely sick chin, and we don't really know what it would take to crack it yet.

Ohhh cut it out! He was buzzed by Kell Brook.

We don't know if Golovkin could handle the power of a Gerald McClellan, let alone Bob damn Foster.

No, it's very safe to assume this is a blow out.

Golovkin would go to sleep in 4, tops. Probably sooner.

I think Foster would viciously stop him.
