Moving up 10 weight classes and taking his power up with him, declining random blood testing vs Mayweather in 2010?

Race doesn't discern your personality, cultural influence does. An Asian kid adopted by white parents doesn't behave like a typical Asian. Think of it that way.

He’s a great fighter, no doubt about it, but there’s no possible way he’ll be considered the greatest boxer of all time.

These lists are all opinion based anyway but most people’s top 10 fighters of all time all had at least 100 pro bouts sans Ali and Leonard. Those 2 men are the exception but the caliber of fighters they faced (and beat) put them in that mantle of top 10 all time.

Look at some of the other guys in the list- Ray Robinson had nearly 200 fights and was undefeated against welterweight opposition- dam near 100 pro bouts before he moved up to middleweight (no jr/super divisions back than.) Harry greb fought literally anyone he could get his hands on irrespective of weight differences, fought nearly 300 bouts and was blind in one eye for half his career.

Sam Langford was a terrific lightweight fighter that went all the way up to the HW division (yes HW) and was very dominant throughout the majority of his career. These top 10 guys had mythical like careers, almost impossible to comprehend that level of success at a time when there weren’t 4 champions in each division and no super/junior weight classes.

Loma is on a wonderful trajectory that should lead him to be regarded as an all time great if he keeps this up. GOAT though? Absolutely not.

Not even close! The number of fights he has had or resume doesn't back this claim up.
