Tunney /Langford /Wills And Walcott.. Ranked Highest?

Walcott is the only one in my top 20 which is as long a list as I have compiled.

I understand but to me its styles .. Sam also lost more than a few it it was when he was outboxed for the most part .. I am a believer that Tunney was the real thing , supremely conditioned, huge boxing IQ, blazing fast, terrific skills and chin ..

 

I understand that those men did a lot of their best work in other weight classes, but they still did enough t heavyweight, that they have to be compared to other top heavyweights!

Sam Langford was arguably the best heavyweight contender ever, and Gene Tunney was a briefly strong lineal heavyweight champion.

 

A particularly interesting thread to me, as I make my lists on 75% H2H and just 25% resume (so my lists are stupid, in most people's eyes!). However, coincidentally, my Heavyweight list looks like this:

18. Tunney
19. Langford
20. Walcott
Talk about being close!!!

 

If I may piggyback on this thread, how realistic/ridiculous to you think my next four are??!! Just the order? Again, I think they're so close...

Tunney isn't a Top 100 heavyweight by almost any standards but historical oddity. He has no legit resume to qualify.
