Head to head between AJ and Ruiz, AJ didn`t convince me here, who seems to be in a better space leading up to this rematch? Ruiz said AJ quit.

If you are Team Ruiz then this fills you with confidence. If you're Team AJ then you can't be happy with the stuff he is saying and the way he looks like he about to burst in to tears.

In my opinion, after watching AJ for years, since an amateur, he doesn't look or sound right, and when I say "he doesn't look right" it's because it really looks like the loss has burst his bubble and Ruiz has done a job on him mentally.

Ruiz is oozing confidence and self belief and AJ looking like he is still searching for answers, almost trying to convince himself the last fight was all a fluke and he can't understand how it happened.

AJ couldn't put the smallest dent in Ruiz mentally in that GAO, AJ tried all the analogies and little words of wisdom but it just wasn't convincing.

I'm not saying AJ can't win or won't win because he is a very good fighter but I think I'll be slightly shocked if he won, he is obviously coming from a very dark place and it's a big ask to overcome the task mentally if things don't start exceptionally well and Ruiz is also a very good fighter and is brimming with confidence and he is dangerous.

AJ's "meat wasn't cooked yet" was telling..... I think he knows where he went wrong the first time around.

I'm thinking either late AJ KO or boring UD this time...

I do like Andy though, he really is the epitome of "stay humble", genuine nice guy.

I agree, there are countless examples of fighters who were probably superior who lost because they're heads were screwed up for whatever reasons. I think Joshua should have had a confidence builder fight over weak opposition first, let Ruiz get the winner of Wilder and Fury. His marketability would still be extremely strong. If AJ loses again,,,not nearly so much and he could mentally be finished

Ever tried eating a snickers with boxing gloves on? Of course Ruiz was going to excel when the gloves were off.

AJ looks like a giant all hunched up around that table. He looks like a giant compared to Ruiz. It wasn't too long ago we had threads on shorter heavyweights being a thing of the past.

He shouldn't say the meat weren't cooked to that carnivorous blob. He might literally be gobbled up come fight night. Lol

Wow that’s exactly what I get from this, I was confident that Joshua would smash him until I saw the first minute of this, he looks absolutely lost and it’s like he is looking to nelson for assurances like he’s a safety blanket, he genuinely looks weak. He looks like a spoiled child (very similar to Klitschko in the fury rematch gloves are off), it is very awkward from Joshua, and that’s nothing new in most of his gloves are off he seems awkward but the thing I notice most in this one is that he doesn’t look he wants to smash him to bits, he doesn’t talk like he’s going to smash him to bits, he doesn’t talk like somebody who believes he slipped and got caught, he normally seems like he’s holding back for the sake of his image or his brand like he’s snarling inside. But this time he should be looking like a hurt animal with extra venom but In this one he looks like he’s still in shock. He looks scared I don’t know what to think now but I think Joshua has more doubts than anyone.
