    Bottom of the hour.

...so, this is going to be a seven and a half hour event. PPV kicks off at 4:30pm local time in Brisbane tomorrow afternoon (which is just ninety minutes after midnight tonight for those of us in the United States eastern timezone, and still 10:30pm Pacific, technically a date behind the action in Aus)

They're padding it up with some Muay Thai and exhibition and mixed-discipline fights, on top of the undercard's eight listed pro bouts:

So...yeah, I'm going to get up at 7am tomorrow and possibly catch Mahoney vs. Ruba in the co-main event (if so, great; if not, whatever) and then settle in with a cup of coffee for the freakshow atop the bill. They really expect saps down under to pay thirty-seven bucks to sit through almost eight hours of low-level muck?!

    Do want to watch this....
Massive massive Parr fan, heard about n followed his carear since before he went to Thailand, bit of a pity it is boxing not muay thai 5x3min rds, happier that its boxing n not 3x3 kickboxing....
He has a documentery on youtubecalled “blessed with venom” A very good watch for anyone thatsinterested....
I think he is on that joe rogan podcast twice, 2 amazing interviews n so honest....
He has fought basically everyone nhope he has 1 massive payday!!!!!!!!!!
He explains he gets i think $10k per muay thai fight so he has to fight 10 times a year..
A absolute violent person in the ring however the nicest most sincere humble person outside the ring....
Funniest instagram page, @johnwayneparr i think it is....
Anyone is Aust thinking of watching ALOT of venues showing this I found suprising..
betteratthepub .com .au has all thelisted venues as not on normalfoxsports venue finder....
Cards rubbish apart from Maloney n main event however hoping Wayne Parr gets the $ he deserves n alsolove to see him win....
Fight means nothing on world stage, (even in Australia most ppl I know ask me “whos JWP, never heard of him... Fight got national publicity due tomundanes bame when it got announced) however as bad as card might be, at least DDP sports moving the sport along in this country....
Even the Maloneys card with the footy players fighting few weeks back, it gave general public a idea of who they are, was actually promoted ok n respectfully, even tho commentary was shocking...

    Not sure if much interest...
Ben Mahoney fight about to start, looking fwd to seeing how he looks, one to watch for future for sure!!!!! (Another i think 2x muay thai world champ, think in thailand also? 23/24yo, alot of potential
Then 4x2min footy player fight (no idea where this came from???)
    Mundane v Parr after that...
Prob around 9pm local time (10pm daylight saving)
Crowd seems 80-90% pro Wayne Parr

I thought they did good considering thier age and past prime Mundine can't pull the trigger like he used to but his chin held up Parr wanted it more

Yeah 1 point deducted from Mundine and Parr scored a knockdown you didn't miss much mate sad to see really considering how they once were

Correct. Mundine was dropped and had a point deducted for punching the back of the head.

Good fight, both looked good for their age, choc took the blows much better at this weight. I had choc edging it, the point deduction was a joke & the knockdown looked like more of a push. I'm happy for parr, he made some coin, he deserves it. Both champions.
