yes, hatton on late 09'. meantime, pac should be unifying the 135lbs from now till his fight with hatton.

Pac is too quick for Valero, but Valero has the eraser with his power. I think Manny wins, he might even hit the deck, but I think as long as he doesn't stand in front of Valero and trade, he should win.

I feel sorry for anyone south of 140 who ever has to face Manny ..Valero is a solid fighter but Manny would gobble him up ..Im all for the fight .But again at least lets get that Hatton talks under way ..

That metal plate on Valero's head will get loose if this ever happens.

    from a pac fan...
hatton vs pac nov 08' .. hatton by SD or UD
hatton vs pac late 09' ..pac by KO!

PAC has to try other 135lbs first before jumping to hatton. yes, it was an exciting win.. but in boxing almost everything is timing and preparation!

    Shieeet.

I thought Pac/ Valero fight is just for discussion here. I never realized that it's that serious . . . until somebody sent me a copy of an article in two publications in the Phil. that says that Arum is indeed making a negotiation for this.

I watched the fight and heard Arum mentioned Valero or Campbell as possibles opponents but it's not substantiated.

    Well? Let's get this on!

    Campbell or Valero. :good

a wide power swing vs a fast straight punch will decide this fight. remember masq was able to put valero to the canvas what do you think a faster acurate harder hitter will do to that hairline crack in his skull

Don't sleep on Valero ... he will tighten up for Pac ... he is just as fast ... he's probably stronger ... and has underrated skill --

He will have to improve on a few things then if he want's a close fight with Pac.. What do you think the outcome would be between Valero & Pacquiao, Fitz?

I'm not going to say ...

I know this ... Valero is very strong and has one punch power - along with great speed.

I'm sure that this won't be a walk in the park for Pacquiao ...

i rather see a campbell vs. pac unification fight rather than valero going up to 135 to fight manny. much more legacy in it for pac. the guzman-campbell fight is still not sealed so campbell can possibly end up fighting pac in nov. instead.

maybe a hatton fight in nov. can also be done if the malignaggi fight doesn't push through. these two fights are very much better legacy-wise for pac. a valero fight offers pac nothing in terms of legacy.

Great speed for a cruiserweight. Or maybe a guy who's sinking in quicksand. But not for a lightweight boxer.
